TACKLE ADDICTION WITH MEDICATION ASSISTED TREATMENT
The Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program uses medications such as Buprenorphine and Naltrexone in an office-based setting to support patients with a diagnosis of Opioid Use Disorder or Alcohol Abuse in achieving and maintaining recovery.
ABOUT MEDICATION ASSISTED TREATMENT
The MAT treatment team recognizes that substance use disorder is a chronic medical condition. Patients enrolled in the patient-centered program are treated with dignity and respect. We encourage patient’s active participation in treatment with the goal of improvement in their health and quality of life.
Our MAT interdisciplinary team includes a Provider, Nurse Care Manager, Behavioral Health Provider, and Peer Recovery Coach who are dedicated to working with patients in establishing and meeting treatment goals.
Our program offers services such as education, counseling services, resource and referral assistance, peer support and medications to assist patients in their pathway to recovery.
