Families in Action is a 10 week educational program designed for family members of those with mental illness. It teaches the tools needed to help those with mental illness become happy, healthy, and independent.
The SPRING 2026 Families in Action Classes will be held virtually using ZOOM. The classes will meet on ten consecutive Wednesdays beginning Wednesday, MARCH 4, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. and ending on Wednesday, MAY 6, 2026. Please email nancyk@namimetro.org to get placed on the waiting list for FIA classes . When emailing please list your name(s), address, phone number and email address for the registration. FIA is free while it is being done virtually. However, we encourage everyone to become a NAMI Metro member.
